How MergeOS pricing works

MergeOS is a done-for-you service. We build your document automation, deliver it live in 2–3 weeks, then run it on our platform.

Implementation
$5K – $10K

Covers everything from discovery to go-live. Once we work out the number of templates, integrations, and the complexity of your business logic, we will provide a quote for the cost.
Monthly Platform Fee
$250 – $1,500/mo
ongoing
Automation platform, hosting, monitoring, email delivery and template storage. Higher tiers add priority support, faster response times and uptime SLA. No merge counts. No storage limits.

Common questions

What's the difference between the implementation fee and the monthly fee?

The implementation fee is a one-time cost that covers everything from discovery through to go-live — scoping your workflow, designing the templates, integrating with your systems, testing and launching. The monthly fee covers ongoing platform hosting, monitoring, email delivery and template storage once you're live.

How long does an implementation take?

Typically 2-3 weeks from kick-off. We run a short discovery call first to confirm scope; once you sign off on the proposal, the build runs straight through to go-live.

Can I split the implementation fee?

Yes. We can split the implementation fee across 2-3 months if that helps with cash flow. We'll work out the schedule during scoping.

Who owns the templates and data?

You do. Your templates and your data are yours, you can download them at any time and delete them when you don't need them anymore. We will never sell your data or use it for anything other than generating your documents.

What if my needs change later?

Your team can edit templates directly through the MergeOS interface using familiar Word documents, no developer required. For bigger changes (new templates, additional integrations, new data sources), reach out and we'll scope a follow-on engagement.
